Just received my bespoke order for the station signs pack. First, let me express my thanks for your excellent service -totally brilliant! Second, the quality is the best I have yet seen for this type of product. Third, I thought the trading name for the coal merchant was a really neat touch. I worked in the retail sector for many years and my motto was "surprise and delight your customer", they will always come back. Needless to say I shall have no hesitation in recommending your products and customer service in the future. - RB

I want to give praise where it is due especially as it was my first order with you. The quality of the products received are excellent and the bespoke item will add something personal to the layout. The speed of delivery was amazing. Ordered Sunday morning and passed to me by the postman mid-morning on Tuesday. This was amazing as there was a bespoke item to be produced before despatch and I live in the Highlands of Scotland; I was not expecting the item until the end of the week at the earliest. The right colour, right size and right lettering – A right good product – No in fact outstanding! Just one question – how do you do it so quickly and for such a low price? I approached another and they quoted three times as much as you charged and that was for less. A VERY satisfied customer - RD
