Processing your order
When an order is placed with us, in normal circumstances, your order will be processed and sent within a couple of days. Most items are produced to your order, very rarely specific materials may not be in stock (e.g. special card / inks, etc.) and this may cause a delay. If this is the case we will email you or make contact to advise you. If these remain unavailable from our supplier within a reasonable period we will give you a refund.
How your items are sent
We want the items the items that you have ordered to arrive with you quickly and in perfect condition. We take great care to package orders. Items are sandwiched in bubble wrap with stout card outers before being put in envelopes. Generally all the items that are sent are large envelopes (A5 & A4 size) as defined by Royal Mail. The envelope is clearly marked with DO NOT BEND on the front. All orders are sent from the Post Office. Once despatched you will receive a message from us informing you that your order is on its way. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. We always get proof of posting.
Orders over the value of £10 within the United Kingdom are sent by 1st class large letter mail. Our prices reflect Royal Mail charges. Despite considerable Royal Mail increases over recent years, we sought not to increase our prices. Unfortunately, due to the most recent increase from Royal Mail (April 2022) and additional packing costs, we can no longer send everything by 1st class post. We are sorry about this but hope that you understand.
The cost for sending items outside the UK reflect the International charges made by Royal Mail.

£30.00 - £49.99 = £3.45 (will be sent by Signed for Post - UK only)
Over £50.00 = £7.50 (all orders over £50.00 will be sent by Special Delivery before 3.00 pm Monday to Friday
European / Scandinavian Countries
Sadly, we can no longer send items to countries that are part of the European Union. We would like to thank our European customers for their support over the years. However, the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the EU has inflicted a bureaucratic burden on small businesses such as ours that are not VAT registered.
We are really sorry about this but hope that you understand that we don’t have the resources and time to implement the changes that have resulted from the UK Government’s broken promises of a trade deal with the European Union.

UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY ROYAL MAIL & THE POST OFFICE THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP ANY ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY. NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN BE DESPATCHED UNTIL THE SITUATION IS RESOLVED. UK ORDERS ARE BEING DESPATCHED AS NORMAL.
