Represented are prototypically quad and double crown sized posters that could be found outside cinemas, at railway and bus stations, on walls and fencing where they would catch the attention of the passer by.
 
Jaws, Saturday Night Fever, The Godfather, Grease, The Deep, Kes, Get Carter, Rocky, Murder on the Orient Express, The Railway Children, The Confessions films, Fiddler on the Roof are just some of the 100 plus film posters of the 1970s represented.
